TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, Lyghtbulb, you, the client, agree to the
following Terms of Service listed.Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected
or cancelled commission,
with or without a refund.
✦ GENERAL ✦
The artist has the right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.
All artwork can only be used for non-commercial and personal usage. Discuss with me if you're looking for royalty work.
Clients are not permitted to resell/redistribute/trace the commission or claim it as their own work.
If there is a completion deadline, this must be disclosed prior to payment.
Reference images must be provided! This can be other works, moodboards, or photos.
Timeframe for commissions is within 1 week to 2 months at the latest. 1 month is average.
✦ PAYMENT ✦
Payment is upfront in USD via Paypal or Venmo invoice.
Payment must be sent within 72 hours after confirmation.
Failure to send payment will result in commission termination.
✦ REFUND POLICY ✦
Commission will be fully refunded if you request one before I have started working.
Commission will be 50% refunded if I have started the sketch or extensive thumbnails.
No refunds will be accepted after the sketch is approved.
✦ PROCESS ✦
Orders are taken on Google Forms. DM lyghtbulb#0098 on Discord to be notified when forms open.
Work size is typically 2000px to 5000px at 350 DPI. Sizing can be discussed if needed.
Major adjustments are welcome during sketch phase. Once the sketch is approved, only minor adjustments will be made (i.e. no reposing or adding objects, but color changes are okay).
Non-disruptive watermark will be included on the final image.
